Jacksonville Dollar Store Shooter Who Killed Three 'Hated Black Men,' Sheriff Says

Authorities said a gunman opened fire at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Fla., on Saturday afternoon, killing three people and then taking his own life.
The shooter, whose name has not yet been released, was arrested by Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. explained. Waters is a Caucasian man in his early twenties who left a "manifesto".
